Survey for 5 - 15 years old
If you are 5 - 15 years old, then we need a copy of the consent form signed by your parent/carer! A copy of the consent form can also be downloaded from this link: Consent form. The survey takes about 10 minutes.
Survey for 16+ years
The survey takes about 20 minutes. Please fill in the questionnaire individually, it is your personal views that we want to hear. This research is on people and climate issues in Australia and other countries around the world, to build a global picture of climate action; and to communicate the significance of public action to decision makers.
